For years, I used data to understand people, predict behaviour and drive meaningful results for businesses. But something was missing.
Despite my professional achievements, my health and energy were slipping away. I didn’t feel like I was the best version of myself.
What started as a simple fitness challenge became a pivot point in my life. I didn’t just get stronger – I became more focused, more resilient and more able to do the things I wanted to. The mental clarity, emotional balance and renewed self confidence was the real transformation.
Driven by curiosity and a relentless drive to learn, I applied the same data-driven mindset that fuelled my previous success, and the results were so powerful that I was soon helping people I’d never met but whose problems I instantly understood.
That’s when JP Fitness Works was born: where science meets real-life, structure meets empathy.
Where busy, driven people learn how to take care of themselves, for life.
And, just like data, your body tells a story. I’m here to help you listen to it, interpret it, trust it and act on it.

A personalised training plan refreshed regularly, with light but consistent check-ins to keep you progressing. It’s efficient, flexible, and designed to fit seamlessly around your schedule.
HomeFitness
A fully hands-on partnership that includes weekly live virtual PT sessions alongside your personalised plan. You’ll get direct feedback, accountability, and real-time guidance: perfect if you want extra structure and support.
Both options deliver time-efficient, personalised training that respects your goals, energy, and bandwidth. The difference lies in how much structure, access, and feedback you want day to day.
